A sample round usually takes 7–12 days. It takes three weeks when the brief leaves room for interpretation, because the workshop has to guess and then remake.

The six points we ask for

1. A drawing, photo or physical sample — with something for scale
2. Material, or the finish you want it to look like
3. Dimensions that actually matter (band width, drop length, stone size)
4. Your target quantity, even if it is a range
5. Your target landed price, so we can propose the right material
6. Your market, for compliance and sizing norms
