Are you a factory or a trading company?
We have a real factory with our own R&D and production team; we can provide factory videos, workshop photos, business licenses, and other certifications.
What is your minimum order quantity（MOQ）?
The standard quantity for OEM customized items is 100-300 pieces per style, which can be negotiated flexibly.
How long does sample making take?
7–12 days for a CAD drawing plus a physical sample. Bulk production runs 15–25 days after you approve the sample.
Can you work from a photo?
Yes. A clear photo with a size reference is usually enough to quote. We will flag anything that cannot be reproduced exactly.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, by DHL, FedEx, UPS or sea freight, with the full export documentation set.
Can it prevent allergies? Does your product comply with the EU REACH and California Proposition 65?
We offer nickel-free plating options. The products comply with REACH Annex XVII (nickel release <0.5μg/cm²/week, lead and cadmium limits met) and CA Prop 65 requirements, and third-party test reports can be provided.
What kind of plating/finishing do you offer?
18K gold/24K gold plating, rose gold, gun black, antique silver, PVD vacuum coating, spray paint/baked enamel, enamel color/drop oil, etc.
Can we put our own logo on the jewelry?
Supports multiple logo options, including laser marking, engraving, and hang tags.
Who owns the mold and the design?
Once the client pays the mold fee, the mold belongs to them; we promise not to sell this custom design to other clients; the intellectual property of the design provided by the client belongs to the client.
What if I need a smaller quantity for a trial order?
We support trial orders, but the price for trial orders will be slightly higher (due to spreading out production costs). It’s recommended to first get samples to check the quality, and then place a small trial order to test the market.
Can you expedite the order? We need it urgently.
Expedited production can be arranged, usually reducing the time by 30%-50%; expediting requires an additional fee (approximately 10%-30%).
What if production is delayed?
We commit to delivering goods according to the contract schedule; in cases of uncontrollable factors (raw materials/pandemic/logistics), we will notify promptly and negotiate a solution; in the event of delays, partial deductions or compensation can be negotiated.
What if I receive defective or broken items?
Commitment to maintain a defect rate within 3%; if defective products are received, after customer confirmation with photos/videos, the next order will be reshipped or a refund will be issued; we will bear the cost of reshipment for any damage incurred during transportation.
Do you sign NDA (non-disclosure agreement)?
Of course we can sign; we will strictly keep the design drawings and brand information provided by the client confidential; a mutual NDA can be signed; samples and molds will be handled according to the agreement after the cooperation ends.
What is your quality control process?
Full-process quality control: raw material inspection → semi-finished product spot inspection → finished product complete inspection → pre-shipment sampling inspection (AQL 2.5 standard); plating thickness measurement, salt spray testing, appearance inspection.
What is your return and refund policy?
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality related issues; for quality issues, we are responsible for reshipping or remaking; any disputes regarding bulk goods acceptance must be raised within 7 days of receipt; in-stock products can be returned or exchanged through negotiation.
Can you do custom packaging with our brand?
Supports customization of jewelry boxes, velvet bags, greeting cards, instruction manuals, etc.; printing of customer logos; packaging MOQ usually starts from 500-1000 units; existing packaging solutions can be provided for reference.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with the balance before shipment on a first order. Terms open up once we have a trading history together.
How do I pay for the sample and shipping?
Supports PayPal, Western Union, TT, etc.; samples are shipped by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), arriving in approximately 3-7 days; shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Of course; the sample fee is charged at 2-3 times the unit price (including sample making/labor costs); after placing a bulk order, the sample fee can be deducted or refunded.
Can you provide third-party test reports (SGS, BV, etc.)?
Standard products have ready SGS/CTI test reports; if the customer requires testing of specific items, they can be sent to a third-party laboratory, with costs to be negotiated.
Do you have CE marking or FDA certification?
General fashion jewelry does not require mandatory CE/FDA certification; piercing/body jewelry requires CE certification; products in contact with food or children’s products require additional testing; arrangements are made according to the customer’s market requirements.
